HeroShot Pro Membership Terms
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These Membership Terms apply when you buy HeroShot Pro and form part of the HeroShot Terms of Use. All purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and are also subject to Apple’s terms.
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and never renews.
1. Plans
- Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. They belong to the same subscription group, so you can have only one of them active at a time.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase that does not renew. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the HeroShot app: it stays active for as long as we offer HeroShot and it runs on your device, unless the purchase is refunded.
- All three plans include the same Pro benefits.
2. Pro benefits
HeroShot Pro currently includes:
- images and videos without the HeroShot watermark;
- iCloud sync of your history and favorites across your devices;
- any other feature marked as Pro in the app.
The membership page in the app shows the benefits available when you buy. We may add benefits over time. If we ever reduce the core benefits listed above, we will tell you in the app in advance.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency before you buy, and may vary by country or region. Taxes are handled by Apple. If the price of your subscription changes, Apple will let you know in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before renewing at the new price.
4. Payment and automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.
- If a renewal payment fails, Apple may retry it. Where Apple provides a billing grace period, you keep Pro during that period.
- We do not currently offer free trials or introductory prices. If we do in the future, their terms will be shown before you buy, and any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
5. Managing and canceling
You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → HeroShot, or in the App Store under your account → Subscriptions.
- Canceling stops future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Switching between Monthly and Yearly follows Apple’s rules for when the change takes effect.
- If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is active, the subscription is not canceled automatically. Cancel it yourself to avoid further charges.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds or see your payment details. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support; Apple decides refund requests under its own policies. If a purchase is refunded, the Pro benefits from that purchase end.
7. Restoring purchases
HeroShot Pro is linked to the Apple Account used to buy it. On another iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple Account, or after reinstalling the app, open the HeroShot Pro page and tap “Restore purchases.” Family Sharing is not available for HeroShot Pro, and a membership cannot be transferred to another Apple Account.
8. iCloud sync
iCloud sync uses your own iCloud account and storage and requires you to be signed in to iCloud. It is off by default; you can turn it on or off in Settings. Sync depends on Apple’s services and your network connection, so it may not be instant.
9. When a membership ends
When a subscription expires or a purchase is refunded, Pro benefits stop: new exports include the watermark and iCloud sync stops. Your creations stay on your device, and anything already in your iCloud stays there. If you become a member again, Pro benefits return automatically.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Membership Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, also point them out in the app. Changes do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
These Membership Terms are available in English and Simplified Chinese. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
